Professor Dr. Jingnan Guo earned her PhD in Astrophysics and is currently a professor at the School of Earth and Space Sciences in the University of Science and Technology of China. She currently has more than 100 publications, thousands of citations and an H index of 34. Her research group focuses on space radiation and planetary space weather with the goal to gain a thorough understanding of particle radiation environment in space including its origin, effect and variability which is essential for planning space missions, in particular crewed explorations such as a human mission to the Moon or Mars.
